The residence design problem given is all about designing a comfortable, luxurious and grand vacational farm house that is mainly used for recreational purpose for a family of 6 members. The site is located in Ooty. Design strategies were followed to make the building more self and energy efficient and also this strategies were also used to make the building more warm as the building site located in a dry cold region.
